PROESSAY provides academic support, tutoring, and educational coaching services to students and professionals. These services include:

• Literature review and research planning suggestions

• Proofreading and content refinement

• Feedback on assignments, reports, and theses

• Journal submission support (e.g., SCI/SSCI)

• Application coaching for CVs, personal statements, and cover letters

All services are provided for academic assistance, learning enhancement, and personal development purposes. Users are responsible for how they apply the support and materials received.

2. User Eligibility

By using this Website, You confirm that You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

3. Ordering and Delivery

Orders are placed via https://app.proessay.io. Users select their desired service, submit the required information, and choose an expected delivery time. Once confirmed, the Company assigns the task to a qualified academic consultant.

Deliverables are uploaded directly to the user’s account on the platform. Users may communicate with their assigned consultant and request revisions within 30 days of delivery.

4. Revisions Policy

Each order includes unlimited revisions within 30 days of initial delivery, as long as the requests remain within the original scope of work. Substantial changes may require a new order.

5. Refund Policy

a. User-Initiated Cancellations

• Full refund if the consultant has not started.

• Partial refund if work has started, based on progress.

b. Platform-Initiated Refunds

• Full refund if the task cannot be completed.

• Refunds provided in case of service delay or quality issues caused by the platform.

c. Satisfaction Guarantee

• Users not satisfied with the first delivery and who have not requested revisions may request a refund within 7 days.

Refund requests must be submitted via the user’s account and will be processed within 2–3 business days.

6. Intellectual Property
